Special strengths:
Spin- and relieve grinding, grinding of cutting face at conical tools with constant lead angle, grinding of moulding tools via optoelectronic metering device and exceptionally for grinding of radii.

We are working with the latest development, the optoelectronic metering device Multicheck 4 with integrated video system. Even narrow manufacturing tolerances can be achieved, as all diameters, lengths and angles which need to be grinded are transferred directly into the machine. Dynamic imbalances are minimized, as tools are processed and gauged in one setting. The measurement of the tools is carried out contact-free and without tool damage.

We use grinding machines of well-known manufacturers for first quality production and regrinding of doctor blades. The machine can grind several cutters up to a length of 4.000 mm in the same way.
